Section 4: UniBus Coach Sharing
What is the UniBus scheme?
The Organising Committee recognise that coach hire is one of the major costs for bands wishing to enter UniBrass so we are rolling out our coach sharing scheme from the start of registration. Please register your interest here and we will pair up bands en-route in order to cut this major cost for bands. It is also a much more environmentally friendly option.
We will communicate the pairings with you after the initial registration process and draw. If your band will end up arriving earlier than your allotted arrival time, do not worry — we have plenty of things planned throughout the day.
The coaches will be organised by the Organising Committee and the invoice split between the paired bands, meaning it saves you time, hassle, and money. The earlier we have this information the better for all.
We will seek to help in any way we can in setting up pairings. The higher the uptake, the higher chance of helping bands further afield.
By submitting this form you are registering your band to compete in UniBrass 2025.
Invoices for the £50 band entry fee will be sent out after registration closes.
