Students: A current university card or letter from the university that confirms the date of the end of your course
Alumni: Proof of graduation date (e.g. graduation certificate)
Staff: A current staff university card or similar
Dep: Any form of photographic ID

I understand that whilst under 18s can participate in the contest, UniBrass will contact my band to discuss additional safeguarding measures. I understand I must follow any safeguarding measures put in place by my band or UniBrass.

By submitting this form, I give consent to UniBrass to collect and store my data in line with GDPR for the purpose of administering the UniBrass contest. I also consent to relevant data being shared with members of my university for the administration of the contest. This data will be stored securely, and may be deleted upon submission of a request to privacy@unibrass.co.uk.
