We are recruiting!

The UniBrass Foundation is looking to recruit a Fundraising Officer to help grow the income of the UniBrass Foundation from donations, and to support the writing and submission of grant applications.

About the role

Contract

1.5 days (12 hours) per week on average (variable as required), flexible hours with some evenings and weekends by agreement.

Place in organisation

Reports directly to the Chair of Trustees with mentorship from Fundraising Development Coordinator, meeting approximately once a fortnight

Location

Predominantly remote with in-person attendance at key charity events (2-4 days a year) and meetings of the charity trustees (1-2 days a year).

Works closely with

Trustees, charity volunteers, and freelance Fundraising Development Coordinator

Salary

Daily rate of £100-£110 (dependent on experience) based on estimated 70 days a year, plus agreed expenses (e.g. travel)

Interviews will be held online on evenings of 12th/13th June.

Join our UniBrass Lottery with cash prizes up to £25,000! Each entry costs just £1 and UniBrass receives a direct donation of at least 50p per entry which will go directly towards our projects. 

A minimum of 50% of the total lottery proceeds are spent on supporting the work carried out by the UniBrass Foundation, 18.4% on prizes and 31.6% on the running cost and administration of the lottery. The likelihood of an entry winning a prize is 1 in 63.
