UniBrass 2026 Returns to South Wales

Hosted at an exciting new venue on the 14th of February 2026, we are extremely glad to be welcoming the annual UniBrass contest back to South Wales for its second year with Cardiff University! The full spirit of this musical heartland will be behind the UK’s foremost university brass band event, bringing musicians from across the nation together to celebrate our shared passion for this beautiful genre. We are thrilled to be welcoming over twenty universities to UniBrass 2026, where each and every competitor will demonstrate their talent and vie for the coveted UniBrass Shield and Trophy titles through a myriad of magnificently modern and tantalisingly traditional brass band music. Your ticket to UniBrass 2026 allows access to both the Shield and Trophy sections (running concurrently) as well as the Youth Band performance.
